So here in Wilmington there is an amazing organization called DREAMS. This initiative is around to provide an outlet for youth in the community to express themselves through art! We here at Edge of Urge are all about some artistic expression and we like kids too! Our very own Jessie Williams and Jess taught a class on Wednesday afternoons where the kids learn how to sew and how to make great pieces of art from recycled materials. Here are some photos I took when I went with them to class one day to make some bird ornaments. I tried to make one. The kids made fun of me as did my co-workers.
