“Scraps of lace and beaten leather, a jacket in soft pink rabbit fur and a large basket embroidered with sequins, embroidery that sparkles and fuchsia that snaps… Without any complexes, the Manoush style applies the bohemian charm and the mix of types.  Manoush is truly “a girl’s thing”.”

Manoush is known for sophisticated styles that blend playful girliness with seductive sex appeal.  The first “real” collection was winter 2004-2005.  Featured in top fashion magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Teen Vogue, InStyle and Elle, Manoush is quickly becoming a necessity for any girl’s closet.  Celebrities have even taken notice and action, including Mischa Barton who wore a Manoush silk shirt at a movie premiere. This chic French Label can be found at prestigious points of sale all over the world, and at your convenience, here at the Edge of Urge boutique and edgeofurge.com.  If you wish to obtain items in a vintage style with just the right touch of flashy details, be sure to check out the many beautiful pieces of Manoush.

Labeling themselves as a part of the resistance league while growing up, Davora Linder and Camilla Eckersley used this as inspiration for their label’s name, Prairie Underground.  The brand is a Seattle-based line of hoodies, dresses, tanks and coats.    Their combination of masculine, muddy colors contrasts with their feminine, yet practical structures.   This progressive sense of style puts a pasture spin on everyday garments with body-hugging shapes and practical details.  But the most impressive of all is that Prairie Underground’s clothing is made from convenient wash-and-wear organic cotton or hemp fabrics.  Jessica Alba and Leelee Sobieski are two fans of Prairie Underground, and if you click here, you can be too.

Dear Creatures is a brand which draws influence from both traditional tailoring and modern culture. Created by designer Bianca Benitez, the line continuously stays ahead of the crowd through this combination that allows women to remain comfortable while looking fresh, stylish and classic.
Dear Creatures splashed on to the fashion scene just two seasons ago at the Pool Tradeshow in Las Vegas, and has continued to gain giant praise from bloggers all over as well as recognition from celebrity fans such as Zooey Deschanel. The innovative line has also been featured in publications such as Daily Candy and Bust Magazine, both of which have commended the originality of the brand. The lines trademark pieces include graphic t-shirts for men and women inspired by 1950’s and 60’s artwork, tailored shirts and blouses for women, as well as a variety of  jumpers, all of which are accented with  unique patterns and color combinations.
The brand remains on the cusp of fashion, while not intimidating the conservative clothing buyer, through its blend of vintage inspiration and timeless silhouettes. Dear Creatures is sure to continue gaining recognition from its famous fans, and evolve into a favorite among fashion lovers everywhere.
