Howdy.  It’s just the two of us today, Dustin and Brooke… Michal’s off doing that whole being studious thing.  psshhh.  She’s probably glad she’s not here cause it’s hot as crap up here on the intern couch.  No really…  we’re sweating.  A lot.  While we’re up here blogging our little hearts out, Johnna and Erica are downstairs workin’ it out in the store.  We’re keeping tabs on how many times Johnna has run up the stairs to get boots.  The girl is on a mission.

Speaking of the store, I (Dustin) just got the chance try on our brand new men’s Frye boots.  I’m not really a boot kind of guy…  but I may have to make an exception.  ‘Cause for serious…  they are pretty bad-ass.  (We’ll have them up by Friday online.)

Meanwhile, Brooke is recovering from her recent break in over the weekend.  If you’re reading this blog right now, Mr. Burglar, we’re on to you.  And Brooke is really, really mad.  And you are not a nice person.  If you know anyone with a taser let us know.  We’re joking…  but seriously…  well, maybe we’re not joking about the taser…  she was robbed.

On to happier thoughts – We want to let you know about a little photo shoot we did a couple weeks ago for the  EOU website.  Not only are we interns here at edge of urge, but we also get the chance to model the new clothes before they come out on the floor.  We got a ton of new stuff, including: Awesome shoes and boots by 80/20, tees by Blood is the New Black, dresses and shirts by Fremont, (coming soon,) and jeans by Blank. So for your viewing pleasure…you can check us out here!! (Yes, those are really our torsos.)

A special thanks goes out to our photographer Jess. She took time out of managing downstairs to work her magic behind the lens.

And a little insider info for ya… we’re planning another photo shoot later this week for all the bangin’ new clothes we just got in. We’re gonna be uploading some behind the scenes video footage of us doin’ our thing during the shoot. So be on the lookout.

Hey guys here’s a little more info about me… I left the mean streets of B’more to get educated in the lovely little city called Wilmington. Actually, Baltimore is not a scary place at all, but after getting accepted to UNCW, I relocated down to North Carolina and have not been able to leave ever since. In jobs that I have held in the past I have been known for: scavenging food from anyone that has it, consuming large amounts of Diet Coke in short periods of time, and being asked to control my voice. I really just like having a good time and being around positive fun-loving people!!
