Customs and Taxes
Your order may be subject to custom fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. The amount for custom fees and taxes is 20% of the dollar amount of your purchased products. However, the amount does depend on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.
Edge of Urge is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying these additional
charges for customs clearance. We must declare all items at their purchased and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees.
If you refuse your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred. If you return the package to Edge of Urge, this amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the price to return the merchandise exceeds the total amount of the merchandise including shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Non-sale items purchased in store can be exchanged for store credit within 10 days of original purchase.
- Sale or Clearance Items
Non-sale items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date. If you are exchanging your items for another size or a different item, we will send you a complimentary, free return label. If you are returning the item for a refund, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Edge of Urge.
All returned items must include their original packaging, tags and accessories, must be in un-worn, mint condition. Items that do not meet the criteria will be sent back to the customer along with an explanation.
