Here is a super fun recipe to try!
Lavender is one of those rare herbs that tastes almost exactly like it smells and this carries over beautifully to an icing glaze. I like to serve this over sugar cookies, a bundt style cake, or over lemon poppy seed muffins. If you'd like a beautiful purple color to your glaze, try warming your non-dairy milk on the stove and adding a few butterfly pea blossoms. The butterfly pea blossoms give the milk a gorgeous purple color and you can simmer them gently, reducing it down until you get the color you like.
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tsp HBFG Lavender extract
+/- 1 TBSP of non-dairy milk, if needed.
