Made using Olive & Sinclair's very own cacao beans, “nibs” that have been smoked in their friend Allan Benton’s prized smoked house in Madisonville, TN. Once immersed in Benton's signature smoke and encased in buttery brittle they finish it with a layer of fudgy 67% chocolate.
